VacayAZ was founded on a simple belief: that vacation rental management should feel less like a transaction and more like genuine hospitality. We started in Scottsdale with a handful of properties and a commitment to doing things the right way — and that approach grew into something bigger.

Today, we manage over $116 million in vacation rental assets across Scottsdale and Sedona. We hold Airbnb Plus and Luxe designations, VRBO Premier Partner status, and a reputation built on results that speak for themselves: 18.6% higher occupancy and 28% higher average nightly rates than comparable self-managed listings.
