• The pool: There is an additional fee of $175 per night to heat the swimming pool with a three-night minimum.
• Amenities: We offer all the conveniences of a hotel but with more space and amenities. All our homes are furnished with professionally laundered linens that are changed and washed for every guest, blow dryers, irons, blenders, hangers, all cooking supplies, and more.
• ‍The space: ‍The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
• ‍Guest access: An electronic code will be provided to you 7 days before check-in.‍
• Interaction with guests: We are available as much or as little as you desire. Our office and homes are nearby, so anyone from our staff can accommodate your needs.

House Rules, Policies & Notes 

Please note that this Scottsdale vacation rental is perfect for groups of friends and families who want to enjoy a lively getaway — from poolside fun and games to exploring Scottsdale’s vibrant nightlife and entertainment scene. This property offers space to relax, play, and celebrate, but we still ask guests to be mindful of quiet hours in the neighborhood.

• No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ.
• Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing.
• A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home before we begin booking.
• ‍There should be no loud noise after 9 p.m. Violating this rule will result in the loss of the security deposit and removal from the home without a refund. Noise meters are on site to monitor noise levels.
• Must be at least 28 years old to book.
• Pets are permitted with VacayAZ approval. Pet fees may apply.
• Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.
• Guests will be charged for any damage to the home resulting from their stay.

Any items left behind at checkout can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the shipping cost. The item must be prepared before it is dispatched.
