Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of guests shown in the listing.

A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home.

‍No loud noise after 9 pm. Violation of this rule will result in loss of the security deposit and removal from the property without refund. There are noise meters on site to monitor noise levels.

Must be at least 27 years old to book.

Pets are permitted with VacayAZ approval. Pet fees may apply.

Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings.

Guests will be charged for any damage to the home that occurs during their stay.

Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item is sent.

‍Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of booking. After that, reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund. No refunds are given within 7 days of the check-in date.

If you wish to change dates or reduce your length of stay, you must do so within 48 hours from booking. After 48 hours, you may not reschedule your reservation dates.

Any nights removed after 48 hours will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund of the night(s) removed up to 7 days prior to check-in. No refunds are given within 7 days of check-in.
